At RAMP Design Co. Specialties, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for refunds and returns. Please read the following information carefully.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Downloadable software products
  • Customized Products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Customized Products

Due to the customized nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. We work closely with you throughout the design process to ensure your approval before proceeding with production.

Manufacturing Defects or Errors:

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, please contact us within 14 of receiving the order. We will assess the situation and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Sizes or Variants

It is important to carefully review your order and double-check the selected sizes, colors, and other variants before confirming. We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for incorrect sizes or variants selected by the customer during the ordering process.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipment, please notify us immediately. We may require supporting evidence, such as photographs of the damaged package or items, to process a claim with the shipping carrier. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Contacting Us for Returns or Refunds

If you believe you are eligible for a return or refund based on the above conditions, please contact us at [contact email] within [number of days] of receiving your order. Provide your order details, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence as necessary. We will guide you through the return or refund process accordingly.

Return Shipping Costs

If a return or exchange is approved due to a manufacturing defect or our error, we will provide instructions for return shipping. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, for any other reasons, including incorrect sizes or variants selected by the customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Mindy@rampdesigncospecialties.com, and I will provide you with the return instructions.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to 4 Eastridge Dr. Arkansas City, KS 67005.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
